Recruiters On Command is currently seeking a DIRECTOR (RN) OF CASE MANAGEMENT!
a Registered Nurse (RN). The Director is responsible for the effective implementation of the
case management program at the hospital level, encompassing care facilitation, utilization
management, case management, and discharge planning.
Experience:
● At least two years of experience in Case Management, with a focus on utilization
management, case management, discharge planning, or related cost/quality
management programs.
● Previous management experience of two to three years is preferred, with a minimum of
two years in hospital-based nursing.
Candidates must be a graduate of a registered nursing program, and have a minimum of two
years of experience in Case Management, with a focus on utilization management, case
management, discharge planning, or related cost/quality management programs. Must have a
current RN license in the state of Iowa or a multistate license allowing them to work in IA.
Certification/License:
● Must hold a current RN license.
